Hello beautiful people!

I’ve got another yummy recipe for y’all to try at home, this one is a winner for boosting your energy and keeping you full.  I love to experiment with smoothie recipes because it’s so easy to pack in a crazy amount of nutrients into one cup.  No matter how busy we are, there’s always time for a healthful blend of antioxidants.  This is incredibly simple to throw together, especially when you know your day is gonna be a little hectic— you’ll be happy, satisfied and ready to take on the world.  Remember to use organic and/or local ingredients, you deserve the best!

In the blender:

1 Handful of Spinach or Kale

½ Hass Avocado

1 Tsp Moringa Powder

1 Banana

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Flax oil (or crushed flax seeds)

1 Tbsp Bee Pollen

2 oz Greek Yogurt

2 oz Soy Milk

1 cup ice

 

Blend. Pour. Enjoy. Repeat.
